Questions
Does Spetrouchka still master online?
No. The pivot is intentional: Spetrouchka becomes BeatMaster's storefront and customer account. Mastering happens inside the desktop app.
Why sell a desktop app instead of a SaaS?
Because audio stays private, server cost per render drops to zero, and BeatMaster was already designed as a reliable local tool instead of a cloud worker.
Do my music files leave my computer?
No. BeatMaster works locally: the site only keeps what is needed for accounts, licensing, invoices and downloads.
How is this different from LANDR or a classic plugin?
LANDR sells a cloud render. BeatMaster targets a local workstation with album batch, QC measurements, reproducible exports and signed bundles for auditable delivery.
Windows or macOS?
Windows first, because the project is developed and verified on Windows. macOS matters commercially but needs a dedicated build/signing chain.
When will the trial be available?
After the first signed builds and A/B demos rendered with BeatMaster. Sign up to receive private access.
What is audited delivery in the Studio tier for?
It does not change the sound: it proves exactly which masters were delivered to a client and verifies that they have not been modified. BeatMaster packages the files and QC report in a deterministic ZIP whose structure can be reproduced. The SHA-256 manifest records each file's digital fingerprint, while the Ed25519 signature confirms where the manifest came from. This is mainly useful to studios and labels for archives, client approval or a potential dispute.
